- Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Enforced)
For the safety of our professional community, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Easy Clean footwear that has been washed or treated after delivery.
- Culinary Shoes or any For Work footwear showing signs of professional use (e.g., kitchen marks, medical setting exposure).
- Any item from By Profession collections where the sanitary lining or specialized material is compromised.
- Customized or specially ordered items.
5.2 Process & Refunds

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
