• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal.
• Payment is processed at the time of order. Your card will be charged upon order confirmation.

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 fee via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: For orders of $50 or more via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Estimates: Are estimates only and may vary due to destination, customs, or carrier delays. We ship globally but exclude some remote areas in Asia.
• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.

5.2 Process & Refunds

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
